They have good vegetarian options. The roasted eggplant banh mi was great, and also the basil eggplant with pineapple fried rice was amazing. The tofu banh mi was also good but was lacking some sauce compared to the other one. Taro milk tea was good too. One banh mi alone might be small for one person, two might be too much.
This place is honestly a hidden gem! I went here with my friend to grab a quick lunch, he got the JenJon burger and I got the Teriyaki Chicken Banh Mi. Honestly I loved it so much, it had a good vegetables to meat ratio and was definitely worth the price! We got the Sexy Tea and Seductive Tea, honestly I preferred the Seductive Tea more but both were amazing nonetheless. The waiter was so nice and extremely patient, I loved it here and will definitely be coming back.
I wish I could give more stars. Yesterday, I came in to buy a bottle of water. The owner could've let me pay $2 for a bottle of water, but he pointed the water container out to me and allowed me to have free water. He's an honest, kind man who deserves the best in life. I came back today and bought a regular sized Earl Grey milk tea. It was ready in about two minutes and intensely Earl Grey flavored. I highly recommend this cafe. When I walked by earlier, almost all the seats outside were occupied. This was in the middle of the afternoon. That's how you know a place is great without even going in.
This is an amazing spot to grab food. It's right next the the Union City Bart station, so getting there is very easy. The food taste amazing and the prices are reasonable! I recommend the combo deal + the peach tea they serve!
This is a small cafe but it is amazing. The food is very tasty and made from fresh products. It was very clean inside and the owner of the cafe is a very polite person. I recommend this place. Definitely one of the most delicious soups I have ever eaten.
not overly priced, boba was under $6 and the tofu bahn mi surprised me since it also had avocado and tomato.
The teas are phenomenal, the food is slightly above average - not bad. Seems like a lot of high school kids love it here, which is nice to see too! Small, unassuming shop with a large menu and quick turnaround. :) Small dining area gives space to sit and eat, but I probably wouldn’t come here to have a dine-in experience. But take-out is quick and easy and I’ll definitely be back! (Lots of parking and close to BART!)
Indoor seating and some outdoors too. It's a nice little hole in the wall near the union city bart station. Food is a good portion, tasty, and if you get it for here it comes on proper plates which is both less wasteful and makes it feel more homey. It's really nicely plated they care about the appearance. The person behind the counter was super sweet. Smoothie was really good! And the mozerella sticks were cooked well. We'll be back for sure.
